Please comment what I should do... Im a failure at the moment

  1. Think about what you want. Consider what it will take/cost. Do you still want it?

    Plan small steps with short achievable goals. Frequently repeat the above.

    Why do you want a mall? They are such a pain. Only build a mall if you really enjoy being a full time shopkeeper.

  2. UPDATE:
    Currently after receiving a 50k donation, this is how my shop is looking at the moment ( One floor for shopping, the other just for storage )
