telecommute or in-office? my coworker usually does alot of side jobs (PHP, C++, Perl, & Maybe some other stuff)
We have projects happening continually, and are about to embark on a major one soon. I just need to have a few folks lined up. Working from home may work, depending on the scope of the projects.
Oh sounds like its bigger than what hed go for anyways then. Don't think he has the time for big projects.
