Long story short, my PC messed up while updating my BIOS. (Yes I knew what I was doing before anyone asks). Anyway, I reinstalled windows earlier today and everything works fine, I just have one issue that's bugging me and I can not find a way to fix it. This is what my issue is. I don't know what happened or what I did. I'm not sure something installed and did this, I'm not 100% sure. We all know when you right click on a program from the taskbar, it should be white and normal like when you right click on your screen.
