Does this look like a decent build for the money? Did a load of research prior (probably a year's worth?) but some additional advice wouldn't be bad. I didn't include an OS because I have a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate on hand that I'll use instead. The processor is overridden to $159.99 because that's the price my local store (Micro Center) has it that isn't there by default on the list. It's roughly $210 otherwise.
