Our internet flips out after DST starts

  1. Hi, it's me again!

I'm writing this in a bit of a hurry, as I don't know whether I'll still have internet in a few minutes.
Since two years ago, on the dawn after DST got applied, we don't get reliable internet. As in, we hardly get any internet at all. Two years ago, it lasted about an hour, but last year it lasted quite a while. This time, it lasted quite a while, too, and perhaps it's still going.
When I woke up, it was up for a minute or 30 and then went down. Half an hour later, it was up for another 10 minutes or so, and then down for another 10. After that, I had semi-reliable internet for about one and a half hour, but after that came 2 hours or more where there would only be 5-10 seconds of internet connection every 15 minutes.

The internet connection does show at all times. It says it's connected and well, but I can't connect to anything.
I can however, connect to our shared disks. I can access my files from anywhere in the house, which I suppose would also be through internet. Or perhaps that's intranet. I don't really know.

I have of course had the modem restart a few times, but to no avail, it seems.

Does this occur to anyone else?
I have no idea what's causing it, other than that it's happening when DST starts, and I've never heard about a similar problem from anybody.
