It would be good if people are creating a price check to specify if you are buying/selling and how quickly you want the sale to occur. If I use the example of Oak Logs, they can be bought for 55r/stack if I'm willing to wait forever and explore dozens of tiny shops. Or I could buy them 160r immediately without having to wait. If I wanted to sell quickly, I could similarly go to nearly any mall and get 80r/stack almost immediately. But if I waited/searched around I could get up to 145r/stack or even set up a chest shop on my res for slightly higher. Logs have been known to go for even higher in auctions. I guess what I'm saying is, it'd be good to have a bit more context on the price checks.
