He is asking, what happens if he orders a design then puts it on public display for everyone to see how it works.

We cant do anything about it. We only take action if he obtains it and puts it on public display if it hasn't been released to the public yet by us

You cant do that either. How about you make a redstone shop, selling all sorts of redstone materials, and at the same time display new ideas? It will create an attraction, and once people go, they will likely buy materials. As long as you stay in stock, you will make much more money that way.
