New Avatar Needed

    I need a new avatar badly as I don't like the one I have now. So you can either make one youself and submit it to me via pm or just please direct me towards a useful website or free app that I could use to create one. One that has the ability to create something cool. Thanks! Also if I like your entry that you made, I might even be kind enough to give you 2k rupee reward ;)
