I am just about finished with my SMP7 Lot (awesome castle and store if you want to check it out). I am considering doing a large build in the wild. From those of you out there building in the wild, do you think the risk is worth the reward? My idea will be a large above ground build. What I am debating: Pros: I love the idea of survival out there while building. Adds a great dimension to the game. More space and ability to be more creative and expansive. Cons: Possibility for grief. If I got griefed on a large scale project I would probably .... well... get very angry. Up to this point I've just used the wild for gathering and small throw away projects (huts and what not). Theories?
ok the risk can be worth it but do NOT make a nether portal and if u do go out in the wild dont do it on ur home server(s) also make sure its 20k or more blocks out the more the safer and also make sure ur not being followed and you hidden from the live map
