  1. Just want to let people know, that this person saw I was asking help for a res claim, and purposely /res forceclaim to spite me. simply because this person saw i was asking for help in the help forums. you do realize that it is a form of grief. you are a Griefer.

  3. Satchiko this is not a form of griefing, It is rude to do, but everyone can /res forceclaim a residence if they want. It is not against the rules.
