Okay, first things first. The reason I am contacting EM help and support is because I pinned all staff about this, and have not had a response. So basically what is happening is my supporter is not ending. Bug?? I bought my supporter "August 4th." One month from that is "September 4th." What the "Ranks" Page I get this little message. Your active Diamond Supporter upgrade will expire on Yesterday. So here is my question. Is this a bug that EMC is facing, because supporters are to end the date of the expiration date of the purchase. I (mainly) would like supporters that have had their supporter ended and my question to them is, Did this happen to you? Everyone's post on this thread is helpful!
This is a known issue. I was under the impression that it had been fixed, but apparently not. How long has it been since you contacted the staff, they get a lot of messages every day and can't respond to them all. For support issues you should be contacting Aikar as he's the only one who can fix these issues.
