When you stare at a Endermen, it doesn't shake or open its mouth, it just looks at you and then comes to you.
Its not supposed to shake or open its mouth....zombies dont open their mouth but they make that aruuuugh sound and come at you. Besides, endermen teleport to you not just run to you.....
