lotteries, is this right?

  1. on smp4 im seeing more and more people like this hosting a lottery, is this really what people are able to do, gamble?

  2. If they follow the EMC Gaming Regulations, then its legit, judging from the screenshot, the one you saw is not.

  4. I send him a link to the regulations but I hope he changes it. Also I didnt know that even exsited till today.
