I recently was riding my horse around the town. I dismounted near a shop I found interesting and then I was told I did not have permission to mount my horse. Is this a bug?
It might not have been your horse, but I think there is a mechanism where your horse will go back to your res if you leave it for too long.
I was only off of it for a few seconds, so Im positive its mine. Hope you're right about it respawning. Thanks
it should go back to ur res, yes. may take a while, i know some players had 2 wait for the horse came back. also check ur stable to see if its in there. do /stable to check.
Or you can just push it to the road so that you have permission. You won't have permission on the res to ride the horse. Or at least I think...
There are a few places the horse could have gone: Check your residence. They will occasionally end up there. Check your stable (/stable). Sometimes, horses are automatically stabled. I wasn't able to reproduce it. My screen flipped out on me a few times but I went over every possible scenario and can't think of anything else.
