   Watched a fuw minutes of his video he seems like he knows what he is talking about.
   And yeh the javase tut is a good place to start.
   
   only thing i would not use is notepad++ as its terible for java. use netbeans its a way better IDE for java and for a lot of languages. also eclipse exsists.

   Also the guy knows what he's talking about.

   I use Netbeans but Eclipse is a good substitute and I know a few people who actually prefer it.
