Whats the rules on picking up items? I've been trying to get this one player to get his items for about 3 weeks now but nothing. He already paid, but hasn't made any advances to get his items and its a large order so its not actually "move-able". Also, its throwing off how much i actually have of this one item and id like to know how much i do have because im this company's main supplier of this item and i kinda need to know how much i can sell.
