Yes, because the wild has to be reset for new jungles and so with the nether just like every update (well not 1.1 the wild did not change)
As far as we are to understand, it is unlikely that we will be required to reset the wild but it is best to have patience.. The 1.2 update is still not completed yet, so we will find out when the time comes. Bukkit is doing there thing and Justin is doing his thing. Just wait and see what official word is from all 3 parties involved in this... (Mojang, Bukkit, Justin)
Ok i just guessed that since they r adding a lot of stuff it would need to be reset in order to add the stuff (like use a new seed if possible.
