Key to fitness: calorie intake and output....that's it...
Yes and no. The key to WEIGHT loss is mainly diet. While excersice does attribute to calore burn, it is mostly to keep you healthy and fit.
Hence why I said fitness. I believe in being fit and not simply weight loss
