Hello, EMC! I am Primperator Listus, leader of the Imperial Democratic Republic of Dives Imperii. This wonderful country is open to all, and always will be. Dives Imperii is a brand new empire in the place of my old empire, Aepostriphae. It was started on July 7, 2017. The states are actually outposts owned by friends of mine, which are part of a union, also known as my empire.
