I need help unclaiming res and reclaiming another

  1. I unclaimed my res on SMP 4 (9458) and want to move to another one (8763 in SMP 4) but when i try to claim another it says "You can only have 1 res at a time" and when i go to my old res it says i still own that one! i know i did /res unclaim and not /res reset please i need help

  2. did you do /res unclaim confirm
    you have to do that after you write /res unclaim
    also check the Empire Guide
