The last line shown here says you are running java 1.6.0_22 on windows 7 This is bad, you will need to update java to 1.7. XXX whatever is current is usually best for minecraft. I can't promise that this will fix if you have an incompatible video card, but you should try the java update first.

Can I ask what computer you have? (If it's not custom), that way I could find out your specs for you.
Thanks. As far as I'm aware, you have a really weak graphics card in there. I think it's about 256mb.
