How to do I Insert Links via In-Game Books?

  1. I'm trying to paste in a functional web-link in a writable book in-game. I tried simply copying and pasting the link into the book, but unlike the chat window, the link doesn't work.

    Is there a way to do this without command blocks?

  2. If you set it up as a message sign, via a pressure plate, that's how we do it for the tutorial stuff.
