How do you lock a chest in EMC for starting an outpost without mods?

  1. Just going by Google, it looks like chests can't be locked in vanilla Minecraft, but in EMC, apparently you do need to position a locked chest where you want to start your Wilderness outpost. EMC is mostly anti-mods anyway, with some exceptions, and some people just want to play vanilla. Is there a command or something to do this in EMC without using a mod? Does "locking the chest" mean something a little bit different in this situation? Or is there a certain particular mod that should be used? Thanks!
