Do I need to be a donator or paying customer to make any horse armor? I keep trying but it won't let me.
Horse armor cannot be made, or crafted in this matter. Armor can, however, be found in dungeons and spawner rooms across the map. Try adventuring the freshly reset wastelands. Otherwise, I'm sure other are willing to sell some that they found.
