Herro, Velmita here wondering if anyone ever attempted to have a Holiday Res Build? Like you take one of your res's and make it all holiday, a picture, a 3d build...whatever? I think it would be cool to do something like that. Maybe make it an EMC thing and give cool prizes to the winners, or something like perm dereliction vouches. I dunno, I think it would be a sight to see all the pretty things ppl do to be joyous and celebrate. Anyone else into something like that?
We've definitely done holiday build contests in the past, like the snowglobe challenge, etc. Very likely this will make a comeback this year.
It wasn't a build contest, but one year, we had the giant pants. You see, Kat was building a ginormous ginger bread man for a holiday res build. Kat's ginger bread man had to have pants. I'm not sure why. We all headed over to help her. Then the inevitable happened. I fell. "I'm stuck in Kat's pants." It's smp8. You can imagine the what started after I said that in town chat. So holiday res builds are awesome, and even better if all of smp8 can fit in the pants
