help with neighbor's fireworks (answered)

  1. Hi.

    I keep crashing on my res. I think it is because my neighbor has left his fireworks permanently turned on, and i can't turn them off. He's been away for many days and I have not been able to ask him. Can an admin please turn these pesky fireworks off?
