Help on Installing - Dokucraft, Optifine, Rei's Minimap and T.M.I for Minecraft 1.4.2

  1. Ok, so I need a guide and links to all these mods stated in the title, if you could combine them all into a minecraft jar folder that would be great. Also I'm having a problem with the minecraft.jar file as it says when I try to open it: A Java Exception Occured.
    Additional info will be provided if needed. Thanks for the help! :)
