Grinder Help

  1. Hey everyone...So I was building a grinder on utopia and I was wondering why no mobs are spawning?
    Think you could help?

  2. Are you at least 23-24 blocks away from it while waiting for them to spawn?

  4. No you need to be at least that far away. It may be that they are just spawning very slowly. If not that then there may be mobs in the caves around you which aren't allowing yours to spawn. In which case you would need to light those caves up. Other than that I'm not sure what else would be the problem. Hope this helped a little

  5. Ill try and do some stuff you told me, I have an abandon mine shaft close by...think that did anything?

  6. It might be, but I don't know for sure. If that doesn't work then maybe make more levels so that more mobs are likely to spawn

  8. Move higher up into a altitude cause mobs spawn 108 blcoks around u so if there r caves then yeah...
