Great Wii/GameCube games?

I have had so many great memories with the Wii, and all of them were 1st party titles.
But, every since that I started to learn about computer functionally, I now understand why many gamers prefer X-Box, or Playstation more.
I'm actually using a Wii U to make this post, and I think that it could fix the issue from the minimal resolution of the Wii with HD support. However, not enough 1st party games have been released yet...

Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door, was a great gamecube game!

Kirby AirRide for Gamecube was the best.

I'd recommend Calling for the wii.
Scared the crap out of me quite a few times xD
