It's my current project that I'm working on, It will provide cheap housing and jobs to all of it's inhabitants along with free materials because it will be self sustained and any money made from it will go to grief victims and good causes on EMC as well as lotteries that will be free to enter for the inhabitants so they can upgrade to their very own house and will still be able to work there so they can get free benefits like free materials to make their house.
