Forum email notifications

Would it be possible to receive email notifications on just certain threads? some are more important than others and while I would like to remain in the thread I don't want emails for all of them. Currently

To disable email alerts from conversations:
1. Click on your name at the top of the page.
2. Click on "Preferences".
3. On the left menu, under the Settings section, click on "Contact Details".
4. Scroll down to the Messaging Preferences section.
5. Unselect the check box "Receive email when a new conversation message is received."

It would be nice to be able to select this within each conversation, in case you actually did want to receive email alerts from an important thread.

Yes, this is definitely possible! You just need to rewatch the thread, and then say if you do or don't want email notifications.
