Hey EMC, just wanted to point out that I was sent a PM on the forums and didn't have the little red notification thing, I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't checked. Possible bug?
It may have popped up and you may have viewed it on your phone or something. Once viewed at all, the pm notifier will go away for that message. I have a very active inbox and have noticed no bugs other than that activity, which is unfortunately intentional and not able to be changed at this time.
