Let me try to explain: A cell of Outside Contacts is made of two people. They are assigned a prisoner they are supposed to break out. They have a $5000 budget in which they buy things with or use to break out their prisoner. They need to work together to break them out, while not giving away what they are planning, and not getting caught planning by the police.
No, time zones don't work in half hour increments. It starts at 8pm EST, so in California, (PST) it starts at 5pm. Also, I would love to join, if I end up not being able to though, I will try to give several hours notice at least. But put me down for participating please, sounds cool
