I've got several to send to you. Can't do it now as I am at work. So I mail and send the rupes at the same time. What if you're not on can I still transfer rupees?
Yeah, it's best if you send the rupees even if I'm not on. Because I don't mail until I receive rupees, it'll be quicker if you send the skulls and rupees at once.

Not sure, you may have been one of the people who asked a while ago. The method I used to use works extremely well (301/301 killed) and still works to this day. Spawn them on Difficulty 1 at around y 40, drink Strength II, and charge with a Smite V sword. They die almost instantly. However, I recognize that there's real room for profit by changing the way I kill withers, and that I will not share. Sorry!
