    The only other builds nearby are from us, except there is one small build to the NE but that player is derelict and hasn't been on for 193 days.

  2. You are within 5k of an Outpost and any other builds, whether the player is derelict or not will be considered. The rules are at the top of this forum if you would like to read them.
