    I am the sole leader of Rocky Face and I am requesting establishment of it.

    EDIT: There is nothing but a locked chest. Building will commence only if established.

I have found a build within 3k of your claimed area, also, your build is within the 5k exclusion radius of smp9 spawn :( If you would like to move out further and send me a new claim I will be happy to look at this for you.
