  1. So, today I was thinking and this came to my mind. Death.
What is death? How do You die? What is the principle of death?
I thought about it, and I wrote this, Enjoy.

    A Destination We All Share,
    A Train Without Driver,
    A Fate to Humanity,
    A Principle of Life,
    A Nightmare;
    The Beginning and the End,
    The Destroyer of Worlds,
    The Last Whisper of Life,
    The Final Breath.

"Death (dĕth) n. 1. The Act of Dying; Termination of Life."

Ever wondered how will you die? Or What happens when You die?
It is strange to think about it. And it's also strange because, death is the only thing that a human is completely certain of.
But, what happens after death? Where do we go? What will happen to us?
So I wanted to know about Your opinion. What do you think about death?

Think about it, and share your opinion.

Please, I ask people to respect each other's beliefs, no matter how different these opinions are from yours. Thank You.

  2. Yes. Yes, I have thought about what happens after I die. I have done it intently. I don't even know why - I'm more or less afraid of how I die than death itself. I don't want to die of old age while I'm awake, and doing that while sleeping scares me a little bit. I honestly feel much more content with being shot (obviously not with the pain that would ensue) than dying of old age awake :p

At the end of the day, that's probably not how I actually feel. That's just instinct telling me I don't want to die. In all truth, I do - but not after 85-100 years. I want to live to see my interests become real. I want to explore the stars, search for life elsewhere in the Universe - I want to see the beauty of the Universe in which I currently reside before I die, which is something I (in my current form) probably won't be able to ever do. I was born in the wrong time period for all of that stuff. However, if I could have my age reversed if its ever made in my lifetime, I'd do it in a heartbeat. It would turn out I would have been born in the right time period.

As for what happens after I die? I like to think my consciousness gets transferred to another living thing on Earth, another planet, maybe another universe. There are so many ideas in my head on what happens after my brain shuts off that I can't possibly agree with myself on a single one of them.
    BlinkyBinky and mercenaries2009 like this.
  3. I guess when you die, you become some kind of spirit. I mean, it would be kinda cool to be a spirit right?
