Denied.. Sorry bro but you're to close to other builds. Very primo spot but still builds within 3,000 blocks means denied. Use /map to locate a suitable spot. You'll most likely find a spot in an all blacked out zone on the map. make sure the blacked out area extends further than 3k blocks in all directions of the place you plant your locked chest. Edit: Just because you can't get this spot Established doesn't mean you can't make it your base. Establishing means you're in control of who can build in your area of claim. If you don't mind having neighbors then go for it as a base. However much many year from now Established bases may have some added perks/benefits that are currently not available. just an fyi..
