I have this plan to make this outdoor shopping, unfortunately I don't have diamond supporter so without it won't work but its mainly going to be outdoors and they may be a indoor element but for now outdoor it is.
You're always able to either make it on one residence, get an alt account (thats not illegal or stolen!) and get a second residence that way, or earn enough money in-game to buy a voucher and redeem it. For that last option, vouchers have been getting super cheap these days. I think you can pick up a diamond voucher for under 300k (correct me if I'm wrong )
isn't about the claiming land, is about the subzones because diamond supporter can have 100 subzones spaces then making the mall possible
even if you only have diamond for a month, those res locations will stay if your diamond runs out, you just can't make anymore, so plan accordingly when to use a diamond voucher
