  2. Well, 'fair' would be that the player has the same chances to win as to lose, so for example pay 100 rupees and 1/8 chance to win 800 rupees. But you wouldn't make any profit out of that so it wouldn't make sense for you to have these machines.

    However as far as what you posted, I think these odds are quite good as opposd to the usual casio machines around on EMC :)
