  17. It has been brought to my attention that the site was down for several hours, which would've left this auction valid to bid on. As of now this auction is under review / on hold / reported. Staff will reply and if my thoughts are correct CardInAction's bid of 43k would be valid.

    Please stand by while we resolve this. DO NOT PAY SteadShrumm, yet anyway.

  18. After some investigation I determined the approximate times of the forums being inaccessible were from 8:20pm to 9:30pm EMC time on August 23rd. Based on this the following rulings are made for this auction.

    1) The auction will be extended by 1 hour and 10 minutes effective at the time of this post to account for the downage time. Unless a bid is placed within this period, in which case the auction will revert back to the 24 hours after last bid for its conclusion, the auction will end after this extension. I will edit in the new ending time of the auction to the bottom of this post once made.

    2) The bid placed by CardinAction on August 24th at 12:53 AM is not valid as it would be considered late had both the auction ended normally and if the extension given here applied immediately upon forum access being restored. CardinAction and other players not leading this auction are welcomed to continue bidding up to the auction's conclusion.
