Chat Bugfixes 7/25/14

  1. Few fixes just went out

    • Supporter Chat now works
    • Chat now says "Set focus to Town" instead of "Set focus to T"
    • @s @t type shortcuts work again
    • Added 2014 Birthday Cake promo item for EMC's 3rd Birthday.
