All the services are up and working normally, unless you give more specifics there is little to be done to help you. But, in the meantime, I recommend restarting you router.
If you're trying to connect to SMP9, then it's broken right now. Currently, all Mojang servers are online according to http://xpaw.ru/mcstatus/ Other than that, try restarting your Minecraft/computer/internet.
When I try to log in, it just says it cant connect to minecraft.net. this is normal, but it never lasts this long. I know its not my internet becouse when i go in offline mode the servers are still there and online but I cant go on them couse I am not in with an account.
