[Canceled] OP Base in Frontier smp6

Greetings! I don't know if anyone would be interested in this, but I am thinking about selling my frontier base if anyone is interested. The features are as follows:

• spawner grinders: 1 skelly (AFK), 5 zombie (XP or AFK), 4 spider (AFK)
• rail system leading to another mineshaft and large lava supply for safely gathering lava
• auto potion brewing system fills DC in minutes. two outputs
• iron farm
• infinite villager breeding system

• sugar cane farm Highly Efficient
• auto sorting system for iron, poppies, and sugarcane
• over 250 chests and trapped chests for storage with item frames
• only 2k blocks from outpost
• mine cart elevator with 5 levels- 1.basement- loot collection, 2. underground bunker with storage, 3. underwater rail system leading to farms,4. sea level area with tree farm, and 5. elytra launch pad- very high up
• decorated with beautiful prismarine bricks, sea lanterns, stone bricks and glazed terra-cotta
• four auto smelters
• maxed out beacon for crushing your foes (momentus and marlix visit often) and haste II for OP mining
• auto incinerator for safely disposing of trash
• slime chunks in base
• stairs leading to strip mine at level 9
• nether portal with access to a woodland mansion over 20k blocks away (sorry, I already raided it )
• discreetly located in ocean/deep ocean biome which I have found is great for mob spawning
