Can Marlix and Momentus spawn ... ?

  1. Can Marlix and Momentus spawn in a large area that has been dug below ground level? Or does it just spawn outside? Thanks!

  3. I'm asking because I'm currently digging out a huge hole (for a really big big chest room) and I wast just curious about it :p

  4. Yes, they replace hostile mob spawns. If you don't want them, you can always turn miniboss spawns off in your player settings.
