I know it loses a lot of value with 1 dura lost) More than 1/2: 150k Near 1/4th: 100k If these prices seem to low don't hesitate to offer.
I'm no help on this. I did see one for sale somewhere. The pick looked as if it mined 1 more block it would be done.
