Buying Permanent Derelict Protection Voucher!

    As you may know from the title of this thread, I am buying a derelict protection voucher! I do not know how much it is worth rupee wise, but I am willing to negotiate prices. If a deal is placed, we can meet on mumble to talk about how we are to exchange the items and rupees. Thank you!
