   I currently already own one residence and I'm wondering if I'm allowed to buy another one and if so, how do i remove the old owner?

   We do not allow the selling and buying of residences, and you can not transfer a residence to another player. You can however support EMC and get more residences http://empireminecraft.com/upgrade/
