  2. Unfortuatly you cannot do this as selling residences is illegal!

  6. I think selling residence locations IS legal, but only location. So if you are selling the number, in this case 1212; you would only be able to sell the location. What I mean by that is, you may not sell the perms to your res but you can unclaim it for your buyer to claim and they'd be paying for the catchy number 1212 or if it was close to spawn they'd be paying for that.
