[Bug] Efficiency Enchant not working on Utopia!!!

  1. Over the past few days, I have been working in utopia... but I've noticed, that when I'm flying on my utopian res and destroying blocks with my eff 4 axe, it's the same speed as an no eff axe!!!

    Is this on purpose??

  2. Dont know if this relates to it, but when i fly on modded minecraft, breaking blocks is alway slower than when standing on the ground

  3. When you aren't standing on anything you will never get full speed. That is vanilla minecraft. It's like breaking a block while jumping.
